Which cards are accepted in SOIA?

We accept payments with VISA, VISA ELECTRON, MASTERCARD AMERICAN EXPRESS AND MAESTRO.

How does the card payment work?
The Caixabank solution for Internet payments consists of a virtual POS terminal hosted by SERVIRED servers (through its subsidiary REDSYS ) and it is accessible through the Network by shops from its virtual stores.
SOIA automatically connects with REDSYS with all security protocols and the client can enter their security information and keys to make the purchase.

Also, for your safety, a key with a 6-digit number will be sent to the phone linked to the purchase card, obtaining an immediate response with the resolution of the payment process.

Is it safe to buy with a card online?
Nowadays it is completely safe to make card purchases through Internet, thanks to the international security protocols that banks fulfil.

In addition, the purchase will only be made if you enter the code that is sent instantly to your mobile phone linked to the card.

Caixabank guarantees the maximum security in payments made with VISA, VISA ELECTRON, MASTERCARD and MAESTRO cards.

Is my card data in good hands?
Your card information is directly managed by the bank, Caixabank in this case, guaranteeing the good management of your confidential information.

SOIA, in any case doesn´t know or stores your credit card data or your confidential information. REDSYS carries out the payment in a secure, quality and efficient way.

What security measures does SOIA use?
Caixabank incorporates a Virtual POS (REDSYS) with secure electronic payment, supporting the international protocols Verified by Visa and MasterCard Secure Code (both based on 3D secure technology).

What is Verified by Visa and MasterCard Secure Code?
With Verified by Visa and MasterCard Secure Code, the holder’s authentication is achieved when the purchase is made, that is to say, that the client identifies himself as the legitimate owner of the card he is using. To do this, during the purchase process, which will be done in a similar way to the current one, a page will be presented to the client to enter an authentication key. This system receives the common name of CES (Secure Electronic Commerce).

And a 6-digit code will be sent to the mobile phone associated with the card , that the client must enter to verify the purchase.
